SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR THESE GOODS ON DELIVERY.
The carriers are Tuffnells and they require a signature on delivery.
IMPORTANT: If you are unable to accept delivery Please leave a note with signature, clearly marked for Tuffnells and clearly visible (on front entrance) advising a safe place to leave your goods, e.g. with neighbour, behind wall or in porch, lobby etc. The driver needs to be able to take this note away with him as proof of your instructions. If your goods do not arrive on the given date they should be delivered the next day (except weekends) so continue to leave your note, if not in.
Failure to carry out these instructions will result in extra charges of £10.00 each time Tuffnells try unsuccessfully to drop your goods off. (Do not change the delivery address on your note, only neighbours in same road acceptable)
Please check your order. Once your goods have left the suppliers we cannot retrieve them for exchange.
